Salaam alaikum everyone,

InshaAllah you are all doing well. I hope you had a weekend with opportunities to reflect, especially with the Fatimiyya days.

A learning point from last Friday's Jummah khutbah by Sayyid Ali Imran was about how bibi Fatima (s) cared about justice and rights, particularly given as an example was Fadak; not because she cared simply for her own personal inheritance, but because she cared about justice and knew that one injustice leads to another,  foreseeing most likely the start of a gateway of injustices to eventually ensue onto the prophet's family, sons, the Ahluhlbayt and masumeen (peace be upon them).

The injustices on individuals meant to lead people on Earth for peace would entail in what one could imagine, a world filled with injustice and oppression, not only on the masumeen, but with each generation normalized further unto ordinary civilians.

InshaAllah that we can be of those with patience and foresight, with good assumptions and desire of fairness and goodness, for ourselves and others the same.

This life is short. May Allah (SWT) keep us steadfast on what is right. May we not be selfish, self-loving - may we seek learning, and seek remembering truths, in order to be with humility and knowledge.
