My name is Zuhra Mossavi. With over 15 years in the field of youth development, I have recently in the past 2 years begun my practice as a professional Education Counsellor. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario as a daughter to new immigrants struggling with language, affording to make ends meet, and most importantly, navigating new systems to help their children excel, my passions for personal development, pursuit and self-discovery flourished to be.

For me, education matters, families matter, bridging barriers matter, and understanding the diverse needs of our communities, especially those who don’t have access yet to all the information or resources they may need.

I have crossed many barriers not due to my own skills or knowing, but through the love I was raised with and the guidance or mentorship I was given.
